Jeff Brown has spent his entire working life in the solar industry. He started in solar hot water heating in 1981 at the age of 18 when his family started the Nation’s first Solahart Franchise in Visalia California. Solahart All Valley (SAV) was founded in 1986, at the end of government incentives, and quickly became the key player in the Thermal Pool Solar and Hot Water.
Jeff has been a member and has served on the board of the California Solar Energy Association (CALSEIA) and took part in the early battles to have solar installations permitted on tile roofs and in getting approval of the Solar Rights Act.
